Meet Our Owner

Twin City Heat Pump’s owner-operator, Ken Shellhammer, is highly experienced in installing and maintaining heat pumps. He has earned professional certifications from both Fujitsu and LG. He lives in Bangor, Maine with his wife, Aimee, and their daughter. In his free time, he enjoys riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family.

As a Fujitsu Elite contractor, we completed a premier level of training. We also earned recognition for the support and service we provide to our customers. As an Elite contractor, we have access to Fujitsu’s top-notch sales and support tools. This, in turn, allows us to better serve you.

Our partnership isn’t limited to one brand, however. We’re also LG contractors. Like Fujitsu’s program, LG’s Contractor Program provides training and recognition to those who install LG heat pumps, setting them apart from the competition. We’re proud to be part of both programs.
